Divinge.app is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Grinding Gear Games (GGG).

The use of third-party tools with Path of Exile 2 may violate GGG's Terms of Service. By using Divinge.app, you acknowledge that your game account could be subject to action by GGG, including but not limited to warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

You use this service entirely at your own risk. Divinge.app and its operators assume no responsibility for any consequences to your game account resulting from the use of this service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Divinge.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Divinge.app provides trade monitoring and notification services for Path of Exile 2. The Service monitors the official PoE trade API and alerts users when items matching their search criteria become available.

3. Account Requirements

You must authenticate using Discord OAuth
Your Discord account must be at least 60 days old
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You may not share your account or sync token with others
One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to harass, spam, or disrupt other players
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Circumvent any rate limits, authentication, or security measures
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal browser extension usage
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free trials are limited to 2 hours per account
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
That notifications will always be delivered instantly or at all
Compatibility with future changes to Path of Exile 2 or its trade API
That the Service will help you successfully complete trades

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divinge.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Game account suspensions or bans
Missed trade opportunities
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service dashboard.
